Shipping

Suspect Lingerie ships all its parcels in discreet packaging from the UK. We deliver across the United Kingdom and offer international shipping using Royal Mail. If you are unsure if we ship to your Country please via the contact form and we will advise further.


We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, estimated delivery time can be found below.

Please note we pick & pack orders Monday to Friday only and aim to get your parcel shipped by the next working day so i will be with you asap.


Please consider any calendar events that might impact delivery times. Shipping fees can change without notice - due to price increases/decreases with our courier services.


United Kingdom

All UK orders are now sent using Tracked postage - this change is implemented to guarantee a smooth experience for all customers, preventing any concerns for unexpected delayed, especially as we go into peak season and the winter months.

Please ensure you leave an email address or mobile number that your tracking updates can be sent to.

Please note for delivery, orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

For this delivery service orders must be placed by 3PM Monday-Thursday (excluding public/bank holidays)

Please read our full returns policy below before making a return. To request a refund, contact our Team at returns@suspectlingerie.com who will get back to you with 24 hours Monday-Friday with further details. Please provide your order number, name and the email address you used to place the order when contacting us.


Returns Policy

All our items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of delivery date. Any shipping fees paid by the customer is non-refundable.


For a full refund the items must be sent back in their original condition:

  • Any unwanted items should be sent back to us in their original condition, together with the original packaging and with all brand tags attached.
  • When trying on the Suspect Lingerie please be careful with the item and don’t wear make-up, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as these can mark and leave scents on the item. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, all labels and tags must still be attached, and the items must be returned with no marks, pulls or rips.
  • We can only accept refund requests if the hygiene strip is still intact. Your request will be refused a refund if this has been removed or tampered with.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition where the item is not resalable as the above instructions have not been followed. In such a case we will not cover the costs of reshipping the goods back to you, we will offer for you to cover those costs or have us dispose of your items.
  • Please note gift wrapping fees are non-refundable due to the gift wrap being non-reusable.


You will need to cover the cost of shipping back your unwanted items to our warehouse. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage and tracking information. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this. Items shipped outside the 14 days will not be refunded.


If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications. 

Items sold as part of a set must be returned together as we cannot issue a refund on part of a lingerie set. Please ensure you have packaged all pieces before sending back to us for your refund. 


Your unwanted items will be refunded based on the cost of the product at the time of purchase, taking into account any discounts or promotions applied. Refund does not include any delivery charges you have paid.


Once your return has arrived at our warehouse our team will work hard and efficiently to process your return. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and the money to be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will send you an email once the return has been processed.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free returns. You will need to cover the costs of postage back to our warehouse so we can process your refund. We advise using a postage service that is fully traceable and insured; without this type of postal service there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.


As a small business we will continue working on improving our customer experience and hope to offer free returns as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately through our Online Store.

Faulty Item(s)

We are really sorry that you have found a fault with your item, please contact our customer service team at helpme@suspectlingerie.com with your order number and order date along with details and photographs of the fault. A member of our team will be in contact within 48 hours.
